Hope it was a pre CGT purchase, or its greater than 2ha and you can spin out the house and curtilage from the CGT calc.
Missed out on one here - 20ha - 200 lots - drove passed it every day to and from work - was on the market at $3,750 per lot raw - all it needed was a rezoning. Now selling for $140k per lot with dev expenses at $40k per lot - ouch !
Also slipped under the radar of local developers !
