hi Dhuy. Yes that 60% (+) was on median prices in my area, according to figures for the last 12 months as reported the major local newspaper. Yes it was also one of your City picks, Adelaide. The Adelaide median is apparently up 19% for the same period.

So in so far as its factual its reported by the local real estate groups and the paper, so I'll have to take their word for it.

The triple in 7 years apparently was not the best performance around either, but its good enough for me.

It's bloody mad I tell you! It cant go on forever. But there you go
