    Good read, cheers for that and well done keldun. Confirms what my sources have been indicating and the reason I mentioned Adelaide/SA.

    Interesting times ahead for sure, mad it may be but why fight it, the highs and lows all provide a balance. Just enjoy.

    Just been for a ride at my investment property location. Six more under offer signs today and 3 sold sign splaced, so good demand remains even in a 'buyers' market.

    Research and keeping in touch also requires some leg work and the good lord knows I need the exercise after xmas :)
