Hi Warnie,

With you being in the money lending industry what sort of fixed rates are around at the moment for housing/investment housing. Also what would your advise be regarding fixing interest rates and length of time. Been looking for a opportunity to ask you this for a good while now.

Hope you don't mind and not trying to put you on the spot.
I have to make a decision regarding a 440k loan that comes out of fixed interest rate latter this year or to sell it.
