Hi Burnett ,
Id work it the other way . The whole penninsula is doing really well , thats why I held onto my Frankston property ( ive owned it for many years ) , the beautiful thing about the area you mention that is really incredibly postive is a few points .
1. Potential Building of the Marina , confident this will go ahead .
2. New toll road makes a HUGE positive for the area .
3. Block sizes generally , these sizes can never be reproduced , there will be continued demand for this product .Very few places the purchaser will be able to get land of this size .
4. Many postive aspects to follow in Frankston town which will become " The gateway to the penninsula" .
Mt Eliza , has seen some sizable increases over the past few years , I think prices will stabalise , but the listings will be sort after and sales will remain strong .
Its a great spot , unique and constantly becoming more user friendly and more sort after , big blocks ..and all the joy of that , excellent beach . Marina to come ..and so much more . Very positive is my opinion of Mt Eliza .
