Building approvals up , and certainly on the increase .
Prices to Stabalise ( hopefully ) , New land already up 20% from 2007 . Established is starting to look good value again , this will drive that end of the market .
There is simply NOT EVEN A SMALL CHANCE ..that prices will drop by 5% , with regard to 30-50% ..not worthy of reply .
