Hi Kincella .. Im concerned with AXI , because Mr Steve is on my side ! , but I agree with Mr Steve , Im going to let the dust settle and get right into AXI , shaping well for them .

Carefully watching MFS , I expect strong results from MFT , this drop is well overstated , check for yourself ..but remember all the land is pre- sold , and sales will have been very strong , they have an estate in my region . Its a sleeper .

Mr Steve . How come you are so interested in this property stuff ..If you reckon Its Far --ked ? You think some value in some of these minors ?
