Guys too tired tonight so I am off but you are wrong. Rents have along way to go I am actually bringing in 3 month leases on my properties because I can't keep up with the rent rises. They have only just begun to rise long way yet.

Guys the first and only job I ever did was as a real estate agent. I worked 15 years and retired. I heard all this stuff before and at the end of the day I now have a portfolio of properties I own outright and collect rent from.

Hence I don't need to work. I don't care what happens as it doesn't affect me but if housing falls I along with a lot of others will be snapping them up for their high rental yields. And yes decreasing prices with increasing rents is a winner.

If you can't understand that last statement you should stay away from property. And so the cycle continues the have nots that are always waiting and waiting and the haves that just keep buying and paying off property. That's why the rich get richer and the poor poorer.

BTW not a shot at anyone I am tired so might sound a bit gruff. Not my intention at all. Good luck to you all I hope you have a good day tomorrow and clean up.
