Can you give me the percentage of school halls built please-especially those with the missing fire escapes??. Also when was the last time you actually visited numerous schools to see the work that was done. The work done in our area was real, fantastic and fairly priced. What hands on, real experience do you have? I think it is you that needs to get real. School halls?...bah humbug...you sound old and miserable and probably don't know what a quality learning environment looks like.
