you know when your apponent in a debate is starting to agree with you but being stubbon to admit that when all they can do is nit pick on points that are not relevelnt.
-ie 50 years of interest rates missing the last 9 months
-and picking on words used, like "could"
-ignoring questions asked.
yes it "could", just like cost of housing could keep going up, but we all know thats impossible now dont we!
