Australia doesn't actually need plans for making it easier for it's populace to BUY homes
what Australia needs is for it's populace to be HOUSED - accommodated in efficient and safe, comfortable housing
it's a basic of life
AFTER that - one can get on with building wealth into a nation - wealth being, not necessarily dollars - but, security, good health, education and solid foundations for a future
having bloody houses with 2 million dollar price tags is as useless as tits on a bull for building a nation
particularly when your nation is full of boneheads and a good portion of them are living in cars and tent - with few able to afford to educate themselves
