if I was allensford I would be going knocking on wesfarmers door. Pitch would be to turn reject shop into mini kmarts that only stock the stuff that sells at a profit where small foot print is an advantage.
Opportunity also to leverage catch.com.au that sells a lot of branded bulky items - ie washing powders etc. Use reject shops as click and collect.
