no one here has commented that realestate.com.au have now charged the auction clearance rate page on their website (usually update late Saturday evening) to a weekly sale perspective (so not just Saturday). their used to be 1,000 plus auction a week in MELBOURNE, now there are about 10 with 500 private sales. shows you exactly what state the market is in.
