"Sure if you bought 10 years ago the house has already increased 100-200%". This is so true and is a fact. How many of these people have upped their mortgage over the years as the house prices went up and are now in a precarious position? How many have been upping their mortgage to pay their mortgage because 'property always goes up!'. We are in interesting times.
