Good luck trying to get an interest only loan .. they aren’t giving them out ... I had a 50-60%. deposit with more than enough to pay for a place no real expenses was forced to go interest only investor even though I wanted an IO owner occupier (holiday property not a mansion or anything) can’t be bothered with it didn’t appreciate the knock back so will now wait for cash is king on principal
