alot of people saying that Property prices are going down, perhaps in Metro areas but Rural areas such as Mid North Coast NSW and Northern Rivers are going strong with good sales History and oddly enough over the Ranges to Tamworth and Inverell (Northern Tablelands even with Regions in drought prices are still reasonable, I would have thought with the drought effecting majority of the state prices would be slashed but still okay oddly enough, there was a shift when Liberals won parliament a Rural was stagnating then once Libs were elected Rural sales started again.
