How many times does a guy have to repeat himself. The place I bought had already fallen ~18% when I bought and arrears were less than 2% at the time. And I told you before I factored in another 10% potential downside. It’s probably lost 5% since. still potential for a little more, but I’m fine with it. It’s my home.
