LOL I see, I didn’t realise that you would have taken that as it being the sole cause. I guess it was the wrong choice of word.
Ok based on that I was wrong. Let me correct myself on my choice of words then - it doesn’t take much in terms of arrears to contribute to a market fall of 20-30%.
