I do not know how you can still mention Keen these days.
How can it be a disaster compared to what you guys were talking about on that thread in 2012....most egging on 50% falls...and saying Keen will be right LOL, just a "few years out" then the real boom came.
The middle class work in Retail/ Services and Construction too, so again fail to see how with nearly 70% of the population owning property it's been a disaster.
It's certainly been a disaster for anyone following Keen or the merry band of HC property thread doomers.
The major cities have had a correction, and you will note, first home buyers are back with highest % since 2012
