People seem to forget that interest only loans are for set periods or 3-5 years usually and if anyone wanted to "FLIP" a house they would need to ask the Mortgagee and pay out the loan at a penalty rate usually. People watch too many American movies...maybe don't realise that "flipers" usually have variable interest loans unless lenders offer other arrangements.
