These people are in no position to pay extortionate rent. They will be offered free to subsidised housing until they can get their homes fixed up.
They will not increase rental demand, they will decrease economic output, increase unemployment and offer no demand on property. Our bill from all of this will be absolutely massive.
Only property scrooges would somehow think this is and should be a positive.
