$2.5l for petrol, quite possible.
It is 2.5 for 4.54l in the USA.
Problem is, all the essentials are expensive in Australia.
Rates, electricity 31c KWH, gas, water
(annual water $300, extras $1500).
Too many councils and public servants
are costing us dearly.
Workers need a wage rise to keep up with costs,
but business is struggling.
It seems a big retailer goes to the wall almost monthly
rents are a killer.
Costs are killing any thought of manufacture.
