That’s awesome!!! Means less supply in near future. With population grow, migrations, foreign investment from offshore fund... that’s means more housing supplies will be required to keep up with the demands. If you are on the queue for public housing, it could be years away before you “could” possibly get one. In the futures, you may not het it at all. That’s equate higher price in near term.

You don’t understand the law of supply & demand. So I don’t blame you losing money in the stock market.

In penny stocks, there are more trapped sellers try to get out & few buyers, that’s why the SP is keep on heading close to zero. Got it?

could it be that demand for new construction activity has fallen 34%?

the theory goes - supply boom almost always lag the demand boom. the question is when’s the next demand boom coming?
