As far as Oz goes, though Perth and WA could be finally good value now. It really has been through the wringer over there and was seriously pumped by spruikers into oblivion.
More so, as far as investment goes, Perth is seeing some sharp drops to vacancy rates too which might bode well for the investment property market there starting to equalize. Eastern seaboard is still pretty poor in this regard.
