Low rates. I 100% agree, it won't be happening any time soon. But it will happen. They are not going to be at zero for ever. Which is what I said.
I didn't say they need to keep working.
But the idea that "savers" are taking less risk is just wrong. They risk, no guarantee, that their money will decrease in value. It is NOT safe.
It might be short term safe. But long term it is crazy.

As for the deposit guarantee. I don't agree.
Plus, if you split your funds across multiple all the banks it applies to, the limit is very high.
