Sleepless?

I fully owned my house. It worth $1 mil+ along with other 30% homeowners.

I also have my other investment house currently positively geared, cost me $310k back in 2008, with a remaining loan of $220k, & it worth $750k today, simple. Check my historical post under my name & property filter. Same statement in the past decade.
