    Barg, Is there an easy way to definitively determine the number of houses for sale in an area (regional) over time?
    I have been watching an area for 3 years, and on the surface it certainly appears like a significant rise in the number of offerings. Asking RE agents for truth is like asking my wife if she's put on weight.
