There are always this many mate, it's the media, it's what they do. There are just as many experts saying there will not be a collapse, just doesn't sell as many papers, or clicks.
n.b. that old bird and bogan guy with their white boards do not count as experts...
I reckon it will go past 10% but not a lot. Given recent gains, it is of little concern to me.
The bigger concern is a global economic event, if it coincides with our property down turn and high unemployment in Oz, then you are looking at big falls.
