100% agree, it's the banks behind it all and the crooked higher up government that facilitates it, banks need to lend and keep their book growing so they can lend more, but it's a big cycle, remember property was cheap on a debt to income ratio for the boomers and they have seen real wealth due to the growth but the younger generations coming up don't have that, there can't be much growth left with rates at zero, its supply and demand, if younger people jack up and refuse to pay the higher prices then prices will come back to the average and the cycle will start again hopefully.
