A lot of properties in the north shore areas are overpriced, they need to be halved at least, i can't see the reasons why those areas are 3 to 4 times more expensive than the rest of Sydney.
Given most of the foreign investors are now gone, local investors don't buy expensive properties as yield is too low.
Even the price is halved, not many first home buyers can afford it, only those for upgrade are left.
