Sector, you repeatedly quote this .06% figure as the mortgage arrears for Australia, without saying where you get this information or the time period. As I have previously shown S&P Global Ratings have the Aust figure as 1.51% arrears at the end of June 2019. Don't quote figures you cannot back up, they appear to be a product of your imagination and misleading to readers of the forum as you appear to be quoting them as fact.
