Yep things bad in wa, I don't think the east coast will be as bad, because they won't all leave like what happened in wa, I was over there from 08- 15 working and there was so many people from overseas ( due to gfc) and heaps of east coasters that have now mostly left. Now east coast construction boom slowing, I think it will still get bad but not as bad as wa, because people will still stay and government will try to keep immigration up and start QE, but I think 2017 will be remembered as the top and it's all downhill from here.
