So NSW and VIC arrears are well below the average and are the only markets with heavily inflated prices at the moment.
Therefore as per my previous sentiments, in the absence of major unemployment, prices will stagnate with possible falls for some lower and top end properties. If a major global event unfolds as per Mr Dents prediction, clearly there will be some pain.
