Interest rates, you have really pointed out the obvious, more debt piling up.
If there is any attempt to raise the rates, which they should do IMO, there will be outcry and so much I would suggest, it wont rise.
Before covid, s... was well and truly in the wind, this lower the rates is pretty much throwing a blanket over the real problem, which is going to have to rear it's ugly head at some point.
Where to put ones money is the Big question, markets are over pumped imo?
Investment properties, when that stuff hits the fan, effectively, someone else takes control and effectively tells you, you can't boot out poor Tinkerbelle lol and to just suck on it,,,,,,,,yea but suck on what, ever other mother gets to suck it dry.
Perhaps, blow all your money, get in someone's house and cry and tell them you can't pay, got it made lol.
Would be a bit tiring popping down to center link to get you money though, or do they just transfer??????? lol, hope so lol.
Can't imagine what it would be like getting all these free lunches, so to speak?
