Re the rising wedge, Upper Resistance Line: It takes at least two reaction highs to form the upper resistance line, ideally three. Each reaction high should be higher than the previous high.
Only problem is the reaction highs have been lower not higher. It would more closely with a symetrical triangle, also known as a contracting wedge.
