Needs the Chinese to buy Windimarra and use it's plant to put YRR'S Vanadium resource through. Could the fact the grade at winimaara has always made it suspect. YRR'S grade is twice as high therefore the cost of production would halve and make the project viable. YRR could buy the plant and ship it,s ore there.....??????
