hmmm nothing to do with treasure bills.

CFD do not show up in any treasure bills. That why the USA government and treasure are having such a hard time controlling this mess.

Printing or not printing money can not fix this problem and this is why the US treasure is semi screw. For Example

Someone puts down a 1 billion CFD on some stock...? Who controls that CFD.... if this CFD goes wrong or right does the treasure have to print out 1 billion to cover the person when he pulls the money out of the bank?

This is why the US treasure is having such a hard time controlling this mess.. before they would print or not print out more money .. CFD are out side the control of the US treasure.(FED)
