That institution is still selling, I took out a couple of small asks at 29c to see what would happen and they came in and bumped the price down to 28.5c quite forcefully by taking out all the bids and some more. Normally someone would put more stock on at 29c. They obviously have a daily quota to get rid of but if they had around 10mil. shares they should just about be out by now.
I wonder, as others have, if there is another seller keeping a lid on the price, that would mean a bid was coming.
