CLZ unable to comply with ASX Listing Rules indicates an incredible lack of competence on the Board and Executive Management.
Now, 14 days overdue. I suspect the Auditors after looking at CLZ Financials have determined the Company has been trading as insolvent. Not now as ASX have suspended CLZ, too late.
One can only hope, ASX, ASIC and the ATO start taking a bigger interest in the dealings of these crooks and associated beneficiaries.
