I don’t think that a suspension stops their ability to raise money or issue shares.
They issued a fair amount just before suspension so that would keep them going for a while.
Let’s not forget the interest rate on the current loans that are accumulating and the wonderful deal that they did on Forestania not once but twice at enormous interest rates that are also accumulating, all for the benefit of creating wealth for their loyal shareholders.
