I think it unlikely it will return to trading on the ASX. Seen this way too many times.

I don't think it will be missed by the ASIC , as it was an embarassment..

And I wouldn't be surprised if C&SC gave them a bit of a shove.

To me it looks like it was trading insolvent for a long time .
How could it continue trading with all these failed deals.
The failure of the capital raise , may have been the straw that broke the camels back .

What is puzzling , is the big interest rates that comes into effect on the first of November for the Forestania purchase.
It will be interesting to see what hapens to that Forestania deal, as it is a liability to CLZ & Ridivian would probably like it gone. Forestania looks like unfinished business. With this in mind , there is always the possibility that CLZ is placed into receivership. I would love to see a receiver's report, reconciling , assets and liabilities, as i don't think it would be pretty.
The big question is will Deano end up with the Forestania leases? But we might never find out anyway.
