Easy , this deal and that deal, then nothing happens , deals are re-negotiated . Just look at the Forestania deal , the cap raise was extended 3 times . Au Resources deal hasn't eventuated neither. BS , BS and more BS. Now they are suspended with no indication when they might return .

As has been said previously , at least they can't take anymore of the publics' money on market , but shareholders can't sell their shares either.

The main problem here , is that people rightly assumed they wanted to mine gold . Rather they acted as a capital raising company, that created 48 billion shares and allegedly sampled $960,000 of gold then ceased mining & got back to issuing shares. Just a bunch of wasters , whos credibilty is in tatters.
If you let people down all the time , eventually no one takes you seriously.
About 10 wasted years, and they find themselves suspended from trading on the stock market .
