What if two assets were so significantly different in their market that continuing to operate them together caused distractions to each other and greater combined value for the assets could be generated by separating them?

What if there were different markets for sourcing capital for growth for each of the two assets and greater value/increased development speed could be achieved by separating them?

What if a prospective buyer for an asset has a price for it that is appropriate but is not interested in the other assets or not offering sufficient value for it (or them) thus it’s better value to seperate the desired asset?

Maybe TG and team have a plan based on information not so readily available to the average joe and that is what drives comments in company announcements - maybe?
