Over the past 5 days ( since announcement of merger talks) TPM is up ~25% and HTA is up ~130%.
Early days , however I am surprised that the difference is so pronounced.
Seems to suggest TPM is more of the acquirer and HTA has the most to gain.
Obviously a merger would have some benefits for both parties ( and the industry in general) and synergies to extract cost.
