OK everyone knows the decsion is wrong and that the facts are probably not correct. But let judicial review take care of it. That is what JR is for Rio cant influence it nor can the minister or the ALP. And please no silly comments about how Rio will do this and that to the judge. Who knows it might be heard by Wayne Martin who gave an opinion a few months ago that cheques and late filing all irrelevant, too bad Rio
