that's what p*sses if off about some people negatively calling caz opportunists
cases for lack of expenditure usually arise because someone has dobbed them in or disputing the expenditure figures and thus trying to pinch the lease thru the courts...they're the opportunists
caz as stated by the minister did everything legally correct and broke no laws...you figure it out!!!!!
