Please, that's just so fundamentally not true. RIO is to BLAME! The Courier is a conduit or medium that carries the communication. That's why the courier contract specifically puts all Consequential LOSSES onto the Despatcher, onto RIO.

And you know what. I've never used the BLOCK facility at Hot Copper. But if any id-iot (politically ignorant) person carries on about the Courier was responsible or there is an issue of EQUITY owed to RIO, I say go work for RIO in west Papua and stay there. And when I do exercise the BLOCK, from my point of view I will assume the Blockee (I'm the Blocker) has gone to West Papua.
