Greetings all you frustrated BNO shareholders!
How would everyone feel about a 5c return of capital?
We already got a US$10m milestone from Merck for the Alzheimers drug candidate when it was given to the first Phase I clinical trial patient.
The next milestone should be circa US$20m when the drug is given to the first patient in a Phase II trial - which could??? or should???? happen in 2108.
Rather than letting the Board and management piss it up against the wall, why would shareholders not demand a 5c capital return?
For investors buying at 40c, it would represent a fantastic 12.5% return on investment - and leave all of the blue sky intact.
What do you reckon?
Can someone ask the company about its expectations on timing of said payment and confirm the quantum?
If the timing and quantum are "about right", then I would extend the logic of that idea to the proceeds from sale of BNC 105 and BNC 101.
If these assets realised say $40-50m, then there could be further capital returns in 2018......maybe?
I don't have the confidence to leave these funds in the hands of the Board and reckon they should hand them back to us.
What do you reckon - or don't you think there is any chance of selling these assets or getting a milestone let alone getting the Board to give some of our money back?
Thoughts????
