As I pointed out to kellygirl the other day another company (Hartec) has just taken over a divested arm of Ericsson and if you read their recent announcment you might get an idea of how a company should go about announcing such a deal. We know the upfront cost, the details of the assets being acquired,we have revenue and margin guarantees etc........... I have taken a small position in HRT and feel much safer than in TNY I can tell you.
