The acquisition of these two dermatological products should have been reported to the market. (Maybe Tuesday.. who knows with this company)
Interesting to note that SolGel believes these products have potential of US$ 400-500M annually and being bought for US$16M.
This would have required approval from Cosette, but also in my opinion enhances the value of Mayne Pharma well beyond the $7.4. Even if the annual potential is only 10% of SolGel's estimate, this would add A$60-80M in revenue/annum for a US$16M one off investment.
This deal is being done with the resources and leadership of MYX and shareholders of this company should be compensated for this increase in value of the company.
